All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit in most cases. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@walters-wine.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or mispicked. If you receive the wrong item, we need to hear from you within 3 days or delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
