Interstate shipping laws are ever-evolving. We do our best to keep up to date with them. If you can’t check out through the purchase flow, we are unable to ship to you. Please email hello@walters-wine.com or call us at the shop 206-454-9614 if you have
questions.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when
your order has shipped.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements for shipping and we’ll do our
best to accommodate.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Free Delivery to West Seattle: Live in the neighborhood? We’ll deliver same day for free!

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping
confirmation email, please contact us at hello@walters-wine.com with your name and
order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes currently.
