So when Jess brought this one in for the shelf, she definitely couldn't wait to hear all his thoughts [you can hear them here!] Juicy raspberry and cracked pepper abound in this crushable bubbly rosé that will make both natty wine and traditional bubbly lovers happy.

Vinification: Certified organic. After a light pressing and without the addition of sulfites or any other product throughout the process, the fermentation happened spontaneously at a temperature of 15 ºC. Fermentation is finished in the bottle following the Ancestral Method. Unfiltered, not disgorged, zero sulfur.
