Color Collector Vermouth #3

We’re huge fans of Bethany here at the shop who is the talent behind Color Collector, a label that focuses mainly on Gamay with a little bit of Pinot sprinkled in here and there. She also owns a really cool wine bar in White Salmon, on the Washington side of the Gorge, called Soča that you should definitely check out the next time you’re in the neighborhood. It’s this wine bar culture that inspired her to craft this Gamay-based vermouth from Björnson Vineyard in the Willamette’s Eola-Amity Hills. Pour it over a cube or two and garnish with a generous peel of lemon to really make it sing!
