Dau Set is a modern Cava project created for Seattle importer Vinea and produced in Penedès by winemaker Joan Rabadà, the mastermind behind the wines of Castell d'Or. Focused on organically farmed fruit and a fresh, modern interpretation of traditional-method sparkling wine, Dau Set is effortlessly drinkable, with notes of ripe Asian pear, white flowers, saline minerality, and zesty lemon.
