La Collina 'Quaresimo' Lambrusco dell'Emilia

This was Jess' first ever Lambrusco 10+ years ago, and it's still her favorite. Dark fruit with savory mushroom like tones, this is bone-dry and an excellent contrast to some of the other options in the market. We love it on its own and we also mixed it with Dr. Pepper over the summer for our own Walter's take on a Kalimotxo!
