Leiner KALK.BODEN Spätburgunder
Leiner KALK.BODEN Spätburgunder
Weingut Leiner
Certified biodynamic since 2011, the Leiner family has long prioritized farming first, using minimal intervention practices to craft crisp and refreshing whites and reds. KALK.BODEN comes from the Kalmit mountain, the highest elevation (220m) in the Rhine River Valley. It is composed of limestone with deopists containing fossilized shell fragments. Age-worthy and refined with complex spice and subtle earthy tones. Truly over-delivers at its price!
We love it with… Cedar plank salmon, steak tartare, mushroom risotto
