Early Winter 2026 Classes

No. 26: January 19, Coffee w/ Max & Chris

Does anyone still do Dry January these days? We’re not sure — but we do know we love good coffee every day.
For our first class of the New Year, our barista Max will be taking us into the caffeinated world of coffee! This class will cover the broad world of coffee — from its history and evolving trends, to how it’s cultivated and processed, and all the way through roasting and brewing. We’ll taste a selection of coffees along the way and learn how to steam the perfect milk.
Whether you’re brand new to coffee or just curious to learn a little more about what’s in your cup, this class is meant to be approachable, informative, and fun.
Seats are $30 (instead of our usual $40), and you’ll head home with a bag of beans to keep the learning going.*
*Decaf available.

No. 27: February 9, Red Wine & Chocolate

We’re sure you’ve heard this before — “Oh my god, chocolate and red wine are like Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan; they’re just perfect for each other!”
Well, sorry to burst the bubble, but they’re more like Thelma & Louise… unless very carefully planned. The type of chocolate — from origin to cacao level — along with wine that has the right amount of tannin, maybe a touch of residual sugar, or perhaps something aromatized, can really make the pairing sing. So before you try to impress your sweetie this Valentine’s Day, come try some new things!

No. 28: March 16, Walla Walla Valley

Walla Walla is one of those regions that surprises people every time. It spans both Washington and Oregon, changes dramatically depending on proximity to the Blue Mountains, and quietly produces some of the most exciting wines in the Pacific Northwest — not just powerful reds, but beautifully expressive whites, too. Chris will walk us through what actually makes this place tick, from soils and elevation to why certain sites shine, all while tasting through a thoughtful lineup from the region.
